"I made a booking in Nov for a night in Jan for 3 people, the hotel didn't charge me right away, but all of a sudden at the end of Dec, with a different company name. The amount they charged me wasn't what was listed neither (CHF 15 higher), so I had no way to recognise the transaction. After crosschecking everywhere, even chatted with an agent on Expedia, I thought my card info was stolen, and so I had reported it to my bank, cancelled the card and tried to get a refund.
