“Wonderful place! We arrived several hours before check in, intending to drop off our bags and wander for awhile. When Pedro learned we had traveled more than 24 hours from the US, he decided to move things around to get us into our room faster. We didn’t ask, he just did this, and it is a good example of the service you can expect staying at the Westlands. The only complaint (and it really isn’t one) is that my American bones are used to a softer bed. We loved our stay and hope to come back……
