“Nous avons séjourné une nuit. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le grand balcon nous a permis de manger et de profiter de la soirée à l’extérieur.”

“J'ai choisie l'hôtel 4 étoiles a cause des services offerts comme le gym. Dans l'annonce il y a 2 tapis roulant pour s'entraîner. En réalité aucun fonctionnel et selon la réceptionniste ca fait des.mois que cela ne marche pas. Jai payé 36 euro em arrivant parcequil y avait une deuxième personnes avec moi. En sortant on me.dit aue je doit payer un autre 36 euro pour la deuxième personnes et aje me total devais etre 72 euros. Des frais cachés non justifié. Aucun responsable poir parler. On me dit……

“Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt und Wwr fühlten uns sehr wohl im Apolline. ( Ausser während der Hochzeitsfeier die bis tief in die Nacht mit lauter Musik gefeiert wurde). Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist lecker und wenn man fragt auch reichlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Der wunderbare Garten und der Swimmingpool haben uns besonders gefallen.”

“Das Hotel ist eher eine einfach ausgestattete Jugendherberge, was allerdings aus den Beschreibungen und den Berichten im voraus bekannt war, dafür günstiges Zimmer in Flughafennähe. Zimmer sehr spärlich mit 2 Einzelbetten und großem Bad ausgestattet, keine Annehmlichkeiten wie Wasserkocher, Wasser, Tassen oder Pflegeartikel. Klimaanlage vorhanden, Parkplatz am Hotel vorhanden. Im Frühstücksraum große Kindergruppen. Vom Ambiente her nicht ansprechend, eher zweckmäßig. Frühstücksauswahl aber ganz……

“Other than breakfast food was an issue. Many times, there was nothing open and the hotel only serves food during very limited hours. If you were out and missed the window, there wasn't food available. Also, on one of the days there was a specific plate of food they were serving. If you didn't want that there wasn't another option.”

“I had not even a quarter of a toilet paper for a 2 night stay. A used soap in a tray with pubic hair and rubbish left from last guests”

“Very helpful staff. Great views of the beach and ocean. Only negative was the need to leave a piece of ID as opposed to a security deposit in order to borrow beach towels.”

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”

“Séjour incroyable en Martinique chez Catherine ! La villa est spacieuse, très calme et parfaitement équipée. La literie est extrêmement confortable, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. La décoration est très jolie et soignée, on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La propriété se situe dans un parc sécurisé et magnifique, à proximité immédiate de la splendide Plage du Diamant, ainsi que des commerces. L’emplacement est idéal pour vadrouiller et découvrir toute l’île. Nous avons également……

“Bonjour, Je souhaite tout d’abord partager un point particulièrement désagréable concernant mon séjour. À mon arrivée, la chambre n°59 située au rez-de-chaussée m’a été attribuée. Malheureusement, une très forte odeur d’égouts y était présente, rendant les conditions de séjour vraiment inconfortables. J’ai donc immédiatement demandé un changement de chambre. Cela n’a pas été évident dans un premier temps pour la personne à l’accueil, mais une solution a finalement pu être trouvée avec……
