“It was an okay stay. The place good of had some detail cleaning. Also, the breakfast was more like snacks. The coffee wasn't even hot out of the dispenser. The staff was pleasent and eager to help.”

While I appreciated knowing the area was clean, the odor was so overpowering that it started giving me a headache. They should definitely tone it down. We also had an issue with our shower not working properly. However, the staff was very accommodating and immediately provided us with another room to use for showering until ours was……

“Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror.……

“When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to……

“We had our AC not working for 2 days and no TV for days. We were asked to move to another room with more pathetic AC. We came back to earlier room. The breakfast was not refilled after 8:15. They are not stocked properly and same with coffee too.”
