1714 Shelter Cove Villa
Absolutely spectacular 1bedroom/2 bath villa . Breathless views of our low country marsh will greet you every day with stunning sunsets each night. This villa is perfectly located within walking or biking distance of the Racquet Club, Lake House, Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Shopping Village. Just 2.6 miles from beach access at Boardwalk #1 and 3 miles from the Seabrook Island House and Beach Club.
This multi level villa features a 1st floor master suite with king bed, ceiling fan and en suite bath with tub/shower combination. In addition, there is an adjacent sitting room ideal for reading or working with access to a covered deck. Relax and soak in the views from this wonderful coastal oasis. There is also a washer and dryer on the first level for your convenience.
The second level, (6 steps), finds you at the kitchen/dining areas. Nothing has been overlooked in the kitchen. Highlights include custom cabinetry & stainless steel appliances. A pleasant dining area is adjacent with vaulted ceiling and plenty of natural light.
The third level opens up into the great room with soaring ceilings and awe inspiring views of the marsh beyond. Comfortable furnishings invite you to settle in with HDTV for catching up on your favorite shows. Adjacent to the great room is a cheery sunroom. This room has a pull out sleeper sofa with sliding door access to a small upper deck. In addition, there is another full bath on this level.
The Shelter Cove community has a shared neighborhood pool and private dock. This property is also dog friendly-we invite you to bring your furry friend. (1) dog max. up to 25lbs. Additional pet fees apply .

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Only GAS LSVS allowed- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
