The master has a king bed with USB charging ports, ceiling fan, Roku TV, desk and large walk-in closet. The private en-suite bath features a Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity and walk-in shower. The owners have provided specialized work-from-home features to ease the ability to work remotely. Access has been provided to the 3 stop elevator - garage to second floor. There is a propane gas grill on back deck. For your beach days plenty of beach chairs, a umbrella, beach toys and wagon are available to you. So you want for nothing. The owners have included YouTubeTV.
As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.
THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 3 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.
This property includes access to the Club amenities - oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities. These cards also allow access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool - no fees; indoor pool/fitness center - fees apply).
