“Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. Since we were still in the area, he left them on the porch for us to retrieve, which……

“We could not have been more pleased with our experience. Not only is the home beautiful and cozy, but the attention to detail is beyond any expectations. The entire process was smooth as could be and the property was an excellent base for our visit to the area. Everything was considered - more amenities than you would imagine and also completely top notch. Excellent views, comfortable beds, luxurious towels, fully appointed kitchen, etc. We felt so lucky to be there.”

“Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!”

“Wooded setting is very nice and quiet in a well maintained house. Convenient to Boothbay Harbor, East Boothbay, and Maine Botanical Gardens. A list of nearby hiking trails would be useful. Lots of nearby restaurants. We liked Shannon's Unshelled, Thistle Inn, and Carriage House. Linekin/Burley hike was rugged but very good on Ocean Point Rd.”

“The location of the property was awesome, with beautiful Harbor views. The room we stayed in was very clean and a very comfortable size with once again great views. The amenities on the property were much better than we've experienced elsewhere. "The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient to go to the university and surrounding shops and restaurants. The only regret was that the room was booked the day before, and the price was doubled compared to booking in advance. It is recommended that you book the room in advance, the price is really different."
