This Villa includes, on the ground floor, a large open living room with lounge, without television and a living area. An open kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and dishwasher.
A bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers. Two bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed and cupboard. Shower room. Separate WC.
Upstairs a mezzanine with three 90cm beds and a clothes rack. Shower room.
Pleasant open wooded garden and large terrace with built-in barbecue. Possibility of parking cars on the property.
PETS ALLOWED. Wifi. The electricity package is included from January 1 to mid-June and from September to December 31. Linen is included. View the virtual tour:
