“This was a disastrous booking. Misrepresentations regarding amenities and accessibility, poorly handled broken air conditioning in high temps, and physical safety was put at risk by the property manager. There are many more problems but that should suffice for this review. Coordination in English was also poor and phone reps are not empowered by management, so problems were impossible to resolve. Absolutely do not book any property by this company, I certainly will not again.”
