“This owner is impossible to work with. VRBO actually investigated him and refunded us after he would not refund himself. There was no heat in the unit, only 2 small table top space heaters. Missing knobs on stove, fridge wobbled and could fall, upstairs bathroom drawers didn't exist just the front piece and when you pulled on it a hole was behind, one tea bag and an old powder creamer in "coffee bar", AND AN EXTREME SMELL OF URINE. “My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track……
