Perhaps unusual was that breakfast components would be brought to the room the evening before, with fresh bread and pastries delivered following morning after 8:30 am. A bit late and unclear why the hotel could not arrange for a common dining place."

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall. "

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"I had a wonderful stay and am very grateful for the help and great service. This place is a little gem and I'll come back one day. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and even though I didn't speak much Spanish they did there very best to help.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean and the facilities are great. "I would not characterize this as a four star hotel as advertised. Rooms are average at best, the furniture is old. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was disappointing, very few dishes to speak of, silverware and cutlery were inadequate, a pot, but no pans. The microwave did not work. Staff at front desk were very friendly, but did not speak good English. Overall average at best but not worth the price"

"The apartment is too small to comfortably accommodate 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It would be more suitable for a family of 3 at most. On the last day, there were strong winds, resulting in a power outage across the entire area for 3 hours. We were surprised that in a region known as a ski destination, a windy day could cause such an extended power cut. Additionally, there was no water supply due to the lack of a functioning pump. "The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it."

"We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well. "
