Good stay overall for our 1 night stay for our anniversary. Only complaints were maybe hit down all the spiderwebs around the cabin, the bed wasn’t too comfortable, and also it would be nice if we didn’t have to drive to get the free and discounted tickets. Those tickets should have been at the cabin already and not at a different location.

Cabin in the Smokies

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and meticulously clean. The views were outstanding. I couldn't have asked for any better, even the bed was just the right firmness. The decor was great. I just thoroughly enjoyed it and the manager there was so kind to me because I had issues with climbing some stairs and she was fantastic. In fact everyone there was fantastic. Highly recommend it

Excellent views, including sunrise. 3/5 Renter friendliness

I love the views! This location has one of the best. However, the cabin, especially the kitchen, did not offer as much as I am accustomed to from previous Pigeon Forge rental experiences. It has more focus on the owner, and less thought about the renter's needs. The property management company was great. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier.

Did not like the fact that these cabins are in basically a neighborhood, and it is not explained

The property itself was ok. We could not sleep in the master bedroom since it was so hot, had to sleep in a chair and sofa in the living room. I could not turn the air down below 70 degrees although it was warmer inside the cabin. We would not have signed up if we knew the cabin was in a neighborhood. Cabins next to each other. Will not use your company again nor rate it well if asked by others. We felt we should have been told about the HOA and the closeness of the cabins, and not a good place to walk the dog or for animals in general..

Our go to spot in the smokies!

The cabins located in this resort are beautiful. We had a great time however the dishwasher was run but the dishes were never put up. Also when we first arrived it was 90degrees outside and the upstairs of our cabin was 87 degrees not how you want to spend your vacation. Thankfully I am a construction project manger and I figured out that someone turned the breaker off. I flipped that switch turned all the fans on and we were good not other issues. We loved our stay. The best vacation we have ever had. The view off the porch was incredible. bed was comfy. We would definitely stay here again. There is also a cabin resort pool at the top and it is really cool to go swimming while seeing the beautiful mountains!!!

Nice Place

The 100 Mile View cabin was clean and comfortable place to stay. The place met our expectations with a few minor issues. The cabins stairs were completely iced over upon our arrival a day after a winter storm. I spent a 30 minutes clearing the steps for a safe entry. There were no light bulbs in the exterior entry lights making for a dark entry and having to use the flashlight on the cell phone to enter door access code. Overall the accommodations were nice and would stay there again.

Overall Great Place!

The cabin was clean and in a great location to everything. About a 20 minute drive everywhere. Dollywood was around the corner so to say. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. Kitchen was nicely staffed. The hot tub was awesome but you couldn't adjust the temperature which was a bummer. The only issues I had was with check in. They didn't send me my code so I had to wait like 20 minutes for them to figure it out and some maintenance guy had to come and do something to the lock box. It was rather annoying after driving all day. But overall I give the place an A. Oh also, there was a nice loft area which would have been wonderful for my daughter but we were not allowed up there which was a huge bummer.

Quick weekend stay

Booked a last minute trip to this cabin and there was no regrets... views were amazing and well worth it! Definitely would love to come back when I have more time.

Amazing views

Overall a great experience. The loft area that was pictured turned out to be off limits upon arrival. Very misleading posting pics of it. However, there is no way I would have anyone climb the ladder to reach the loft, especially my children. Luckily there were two cots that the kids were able to sleep on. Views were spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that were misleading. The loft is off limits but it doesn’t state that in the rental agreement. I’m glad we didn’t need the extra sleep space but someone else might! The tv in the master bedroom is old but works fine except the remote won’t turn it off or on and won’t control the volume so we had to get up to turn the tv off, I know I know, first world probs but when you have a 2 year old asleep you want to be as quiet as possible. The mattress was very comfortable! The bathrooms were nice except the shower downstairs, the door wouldn’t slide easily. I also doubt they wash all the blankets and comforter in between guests bc the washing machine is so tiny it wouldn’t fit in it anyways. Also, the walls are so thin we could hear all of our neighbors conversations.

100 Mile View For Sure

I had read some negative reviews on this property and I am so happy that I went with my gut instinct and rented 100 Mile View. The view is absolutely beautiful and the sunrises are breathtaking . The cabin is decorated perfectly and there is everything you need whether you are staying for one night or a week. Spent wonderful romantic nights in the hot tub enjoying a couple cocktails and just listening to nature. I am not much of a pool player but enjoyed shooting a game of pool every night. Very close to the Pigeon Forge strip and conveniently located close to Gatlinburg. Perfect cabin for the two of us. You will not be disappointed in this property!!!

Perfect...Except...

Everything was perfect! View was awesome! Carpet full of urine...NOT acceptable! We loved everything but the smell slapped us in the face anytime we went up or down the stairs. Sad that people with pets allow them to ruin a beautiful home! Suggest you to have a security deposit for their pets and maybe they would think twice before allowing them to use the downstairs as a potty area! We definitely would love to come back if the carpet is taken up to get that smell out! The overall rating of 1 star is because of the urine smell. Had it not been for that, we definitely would have given a 5 star rating!

Vacation in the smokies

My boyfriend and I rented this cabin for 3 nights while we stayed in TN. The view was breathtaking, everything was clean, and it was very nice and quiet area. The hot tub jets weren't as strong as we would have liked, so we only used it once. We were a little disappointed in the small televisions downstairs as well, however these were very minor inconveniences. Everything else was wonderful, and I had a great time staying here. Would definitely come back!

One of our favorites! Beautiful cabin

We had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving week here. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The view is beautiful. There are other cabins near by but we barely saw anyone and it was very quiet. It's a short drive to both pigeon forge and gatlinburg where there is tons of stuff to do. The cabin was wonderful to come back to after a day of sightseeing and hiking. We enjoyed playing pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen comes with tons of things to cook with. We made a small Thanksgiving dinner in the cabin and had everything we needed. We love the 100 Mile View and will definitely be back.

Clean, comfortable and homey....

We found and had everything we needed! It was nice and clean when we arrived. We only had a few suggestions and almost feel bad about mentioning it...The televisions may be in need of upgrade. It helps on rainy days like ours and having tech savvy teenagers. We could have used a couple more bath soaps for the sinks and showers. We so appreciated the pet friendly cabin but, maybe a small vacuum will help with in between cleanings and how long of a stay there is. All in all we loved it!
