We traveled 16 hours to get to our rental and was on the phone for 8 of those hours while driving trying to get the check in info which was never sent with my itinerary. I had to speak with 8 different customer service reps including 2 supervisors, all foreign and were very hard to understand. Some said they would call back and never did.The owner of the home was called, emailed and messaged several times by myself and VRBO over 24...
