“Broken shower broken air conditioner broken sealing fan got a phone call from reception around 22:10 night not 10:10 day time to come reception with passport visa and prove of address for 2nd time the reception boy was checking every page in the passport maybe for a £50 note when I asked him why he is checking the pages in the passport he told me for visa oci owners don’t need visa again he start with hotel policy I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY ONE ”
“Nothing to like. Kid at reception was very unprofessional. All he kept saying was that we booked a suite. I think he was wondering why we did that. After seeing the suite, we too were wondering why we did that. Moth ball smell was overpowering.”
