“The check-in process was disappointing because I had to ask about nearly everything. The listing stated that a parking tag would be provided if parking was included, but none was given. When I asked, I was told that parking required an additional fee, which was then added to our room. The pool also costs extra, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. We went to use the hot tub but were told we couldn’t use it because the bubbles weren’t running. The staff member who told us was not friendly or……

“Clean & comfortable room. Feel a bit hot and stuffy in sunny summer days, would be better to provide ventilations or fans. Nice food and restaurant. Limited parking spaces at carpark, need to park at back alley.”

“A really lovely stay - bed super comfortable. Staff at check in very good. I stayed in club deluxe room - room was stunning. All feedback was on the second floor no elevator and I had a really heavy case - however staff helped me. No mirror to blow dry hair - however I mentioned to reception, they said they had mirrors there I could use - perhaps be helpful to mention at check or simply put in room to anticipate the needs of guests. All in all fantastic hotel will definitely be returning.”

“A great place for families to stay with lots of lounge space for visiting with family and games for kids. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location very convenient. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only recommendation (as a parent with small children) would be to add a small fridge to keep snacks/drinks/leftovers cool. A wonderful stay!”

“A guest house, not a hotel room, was what I wanted. My room with private bath was clean, and the window opened for fresh air. TV in the room worked well. The breakfast buffet is always available. It's on 2 bus routes for easy access to Aberdeen city center. On arrival, make sure your phone is charged and you know how to do international calls on it.”
