“When we arrived at the “charming home” Here were our issues:Overgrown grass (very)Hot! two small window units - 1 in each bedroom unable to cool the home with both on High4 bath towels 1 hand towel 5/load of laundry/35 fine if not prepaid via Venmo or cash ap One vehicle limit (we drove 10 hours in 2 cars)Shower door very looseBedroom lights not working. lamp and ac on extension cord Bed and couch very uncomfortable Smell of sewer! one block from the sewer treatment plant. Poorly stocked kitchen……

“We traveled to Carmel, IN for the majority of our trip, but this nice studio gave us a great place to rest at night. ”

“Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top……

“Host was very professional and timely with communication. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and the location was perfect for it. We would return should we find ourself back for another tournament.”

“Overall the house was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The decor was very cute. It was close to the venue we were going too, and a ton of shopping areas. The only complaint I have was I was unable to take a bath in the jetted tub because the water turned cold too fast and after trying for 2.5 hours I gave up. Aside from that it was a great place to stay.”

“Home was excellent. It accommodated me and my family well and I would love to stay again I definitely recommend this home to anyone coming or that is in the Indianapolis area. Had a little hiccup at the beginning but Lucas was extremely helpful and secured the problem right away.”
