“Fair price for the accommodations offered.”

“Lovely cottage clean. And well maintained nothing was to much Trouble if you wanted to contact the owner.”

“Fantastic location, stunning sunrises and sunsets !”

“We absolutely love Walnut Cottage. It is like a home from home, so cosy and comfortable. The owners and the caretaker are so lovely and helpful. The kitchen has everything we need. We love the fire and the garden and the cottage is beautiful. We always take our dogs and they love it too. Lots of nice walks locally, lots of shops nearby for food shopping and lovely places to visit. The road outside can be busy but inside we don’t notice and the cottage more than makes up for it. We would love……

“Really comfortable bed. Super clean. Great for a couple of nights stay. Close to the University to meet up with our daughter. Would recommend the Beth Chatto Garden near by for a visit. ”

“A splendid family UK holiday. Lou was a fantastic host and Dedham was such a lovely town. Tallow Factory was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay again.”

“Overall good. However it’s worth pointing out the caravan does need a little tlc and the site facilities are very meagre, not that these really affected our personal experience. Owner communicated well, Caravan plot location was great, pleasant neighbours as well. This stay was good for us and our 3 (little) dogs. ”

“This is a lovely cottage that combines an old setting with modern features. It is well equipped and clean and matches the details perfectly.Christina is really helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The village is small with just a church and a busy pub serving good food. Woodbridge is a short car journey away with all the amenities you need.”

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. That said, the beautiful sea views more than make up for it. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — very prompt……

“The cottage was beautiful, well equipped, comfy, cosy, well situated and an absolute gem! Go no further than Frinton Escapes! My first time and the cottage was ideal. Close to ALL amenities in a close, so quiet but everything on its doorstep. Great history behind it too. If you do t go, you will be the loser! ”
