"We had an amazing time here at the appartments. Thank you to the hosts and their generosity. Every morning, we enjoyed delicious coffee and breakfast at the cafe ten steps away from the appartments. Also very accesible for elderly, with a working elevator. If you want to stay here and don't have a car, keep in mind, that the train times are not very regular towards Firenze SMN , maybe 2-3 times per hour. Altough, the train station is less than 10 minutes walking. Uber doesn't work in this area...

"We had a very nice stay. Great comfort and perfect location. Close to the inner city but in a more quiet location. Only downside was the smell in the bath room, but that is quite common in Italy and did not influence our good experience"

"Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service."

"Great location, quiet street but close to all attractions. The only drawback it was up four flights of stairs. It was only a problem arriving with suitcase and leaving. Loved this apartment amenities. I would stay there again!"

"We stayed for a couple of nights with two kids. Appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay comfortable. Great location next to the Uffizi. The apartment was roomy with plenty of space to organize luggage and spread out. Washing machine is useful if you have been traveling light."

"Great place to stay while visiting Florence!! Clean, friendly, great location and nice amenities with breakfast and upper level pool with bar. Great stay!!"
"Pros: great location and beautiful rooftop
Cons: The rooms were sub-par and had many issues. Our first room didn’t have working air conditioning and the “upgrade” they gave us barely worked. The shower leaked all over the bathroom and when I told them they sent someone to “fix it” but the problem persisted. The shower was also dangerously narrow and slippery so we had to be super careful not to fall out of it. When I mentioned this they shrugged and did nothing.
The rooms are dated and cramped, there was water damage in our bathroom, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and we had kids running around the shared balcony and halls after 11pm.
Overall I could not in good conscience recommend this property and I wouldn’t go back even with the fantastic location and the excellent rooftop."
"Beautiful modern hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool. Air conditioning and huge room. However, property was 30 minutes out of town requiring transportation. Hotel offered shuttle for 10 euros/person, but only ran at scheduled times ending at 8:45pm. Taxi were $30-40 per trip. Onsite bar also closed early. Recommend paying more to stay in town to avoid transportation costs. If want a shuttle from train station, must book ahead of time. We waited 75 minutes for a shuttle once we arrived at train station since we didn't know we had to reserve ahead of time."
