"The front desk staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the room arrangement. I booked a high-rise room, but when I checked in, I was told that there were no rooms available. I was assigned a room on the third floor. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, which affected my sleep. The soundproofing of the room was very poor, and the sound from the next room could be heard completely. When I checked in, only the ice machine on the 12th floor was working. In the summer with a temperature of up to 100 degrees, this was really bad! In the morning, we had breakfast in the lobby. The food was rich, and the staff would replenish the food and drinks in time, but I was sitting for about half an hour for breakfast, and I was bitten by mosquitoes three times on my legs. This was not a good experience."
