“I've given this property a 2 start rating for a few reasons but the biggest was that the listing is misleading and we had security concerns. It is overpriced at $300. Although its a cozy little one bedroom, near to a few beaches, its overpriced for what your getting. It would be easier to overlook our concerns if the price was less inflated. 1. We were not aware that the upstairs is also rented and the two floors were seperated by a simple bedroom door with no lock or security on our side.……

“The Host was excellent, as were the accommodations ONCE INSIDE!! This is not a place for the elderly or handicapped. To enter the property, you have to walk over stones to reach two flights of outdoor wooden stairs. The Host did offer to move us to a ground-floor unit, but it was further away from the downtown area. ”
