“Great location, a few minutes walk from town. Beautifully decorated and helpful staff who made sure we had breakfast items in our room bc we had to leave at 5:55am. The sit down breakfast was huge with a starter of meats, cheeses, croissants that my wife said were like being in France, ‘to die for’ then eggs Benedict or any style you like. Comfortable beds with heated blanket.”

“I had booked a room via hotels.com for one night a few days in advance. As I called at around 6pm on the day of arrival to arrange the check in, I was informed that they were overbooked and could not provide us with the room that we had booked. The payment was, however, already made online and I have not yet received a refund or any information about the refund (4 days later).
