“All I can say about this particular rental is perfection. The absolute cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most supplied rental I’ve ever stayed in. Phoung knows how to host. No complaints!!”

“This was a lovely house to stay in for one night and we appreciated having the one night option. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated that the host was quick to communicate and gaining access to the house was simple.”

“The house is very cute, but needs a little attention. The outlet in the guest bathroom doesn’t work. The kitchen needs updated pots and pans and utensils and wine glasses! More serving dishes would be good too. The tv remotes don’t work well either had to keep resetting them to use them. And the back bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. Just a little fine tuning to this house would make it prefect.”

“It was alright overall. Details, details, details... I didn't recognize from the photos the age of the residence and coming off a stay from a newer residence, I wasn't fully prepared. Spacious layout and plenty of room for as many as six or seven to sleep on existing beds. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. Bathrooms are dated but clean (It'd be nice to have a window screen (guest bath)). There aren't any towel racks so we improvised with some plastic hangers found in a closet. A/C worked well.……
