"離機場跟蘇黎世市區近，早餐很好吃，提供免費水樓下還有免費氣泡水、咖啡茶飲Bar，隔音好，空間大，而且可以暫留行李直到傍晚取，孩童親善，雖然房務人員在清潔房間時，發生打破玻璃水瓶可是碎片沒被清理乾淨的問題，但反應後飯店人員立即協助換房安排與善後處理，我還是很滿意住宿的品質，期待下次還能再入住"

"地點在鄰近火車站，十分方便交通，附近飲食食店也不少。雖鄰近火車站，但安靜，十分好。提供的早餐很好頗豐富。 酒店環境一般，地氈有些污糟。浴室去水不是很好，令洗澡時水有些浸及濺水浴室門。職員態度可以，但弄錯了我們入住的Keycard,導致Keycard失效，我們晚上10：40pm回酒店無法用Keycard開酒店大門（Reception，10pm closed),亦無法乘lift上樓，打酒店電話無人接聽。幸運地有住客出現協助（她用的Keycard陪同我地乘lift上樓）。但幸好Keycard可以入房間！翌日通知職員昨晚問題，回覆是職員弄錯Keycard導致失效！其實問題很嚴重，如果昨晚沒有住客出現及協助，我和家人恐怕要在大堂過夜。事件令人對酒店信心大失！ "
