“This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!.”

“The property manager, Krammer, lived nearby and came over to welcome us in. He was very helpful and gracious. The distant views and sound of the ocean are relaxing. The entire family loved sitting on the front porch, especially when it rained. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were clean, and overall, the house lived open and airy and was amazing! it did not disappoint in any way. The people that lived in the area were incredibly kind and helpful, my entire family felt……

“I'm so glad I stayed at Marcia's apartment. It's a very welcoming place with all the amenities, and Marcia helped me throughout my stay. She was very attentive and caring. “I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens……
