“Wasnt impressed with decorating, paint all over headband n door frames n fittings even on caravan side grey paint should have been inspected looks like a child had decorated n blind in shoeer room covered in splashes of paint .”

“Stayed in the lovely Ashtree Cottage for 2 nights for our niece's wedding in Skegness. Booking was so simple, Helen kept in close contact with us prior to arrival & met us at the cottage to show us around. The pool was just amazing and the cottage grounds were beautiful and so peaceful. Feels like you're really away from everything but in fact, only a couple of miles from restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. We used a local taxi firm (Coastline Cabs) who were great, reliable & reasonably priced.……

“The hotel offered good value for money with its affordable yet comfortable rooms. Especially good at spa and pool. Very good size pool. Staff super nice. Add on breakfast at £10/@ ; £6/kid. Very good deal, Food refill quick. Quite area . Plenty parking space on site ”

“I would highly recommend staying here. It was exactly what we needed in terms of space and peace and quiet. I only have 1 complaint, where we were staying, the lake is not well maintained so we were not able to fish at all from our peg as we were caught in reeds/moss etc on every cast. Other than the the property itself was clean and relaxing.”
