Additional we have a rear wheel drive car \* it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. “The room had a lot of thoughtful touches, like tissues, makeup remover towels and a coffee bar. In addition, the bed was one of the comfiest beds that we’ve had at a VRBO. I also appreciated that the host was quick to give us our access information.Our only issue was that there was another rental next to us and they were so loud from 10:00-12:30 AM that we couldn’t sleep. I think this was a one-off, though, and does not reflect the quality of the room. ”

“Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable.”

“Very centrally located. The place was recently renovated and is really nice inside, they did a great job. It is as nice or nicer than the photos show. Very smooth working with the renter and getting in and out, communication, etc. Only thing I’d bring up is the neighborhood is a bit in transition. Safe but it’s a mix. ”

“We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The check-in process was simple and the home was clean and cozy. The hosts had the home stocked with several little items that came in handy during the stay, like bottled water and Q-tips. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living room - perfect for relaxing during the chilly evenings! This place felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!”

"The stay was eye-opening, though not in a good way. The room carried a sharp odor, the carpet had multiple stains, and several surfaces were obviously not cleaned. Even the headboard was sticky, and the desk chair was missing a leg—hardly what you’d expect in any well-maintained hotel. Service at the front desk reflected the same lack of care: little acknowledgment when you arrive, almost inaudible communication, credit cards left on the counter instead of handed back, and no room number mentioned with the key. If this were a budget roadside inn, it might be easier to overlook. But this is Hyatt, a brand I’ve trusted for consistent quality. The gap between reputation and reality here was striking. I left wondering if the Hyatt sign out front was just for decoration. "
