“First of all, I would like to say, I wasn't happy the fact that I have to pay extra for the liability insurance, it isn't mentioned when I was looking at Hotel.com, not even in the small print, and then they send me an email ( messages) for the next steps of booking, because the booking in not refundable, I have to accept all the booking instructions, secondly, the pictures they advertised on Hotel.com, looks amazing, in fact look massive, ( as they put it, "entire home") but it is actually……

“We loved our stay here and would like to come back. The cottage is next to the old mill and river in the heart of Tewkesbury. It has so much charm and character. Everything you need is here with lovely personal touches. Ground floor has kitchen & living room with access to the garden, although small, it was lovely to sit out here after a day being tourists. First floor has a double room and then bathroom with bath, loo and walk in shower. 2nd floor has the big bed which the host offers to split……
