Hide Out at The Ridge *Hot Tub*

*WITH HOT TUB * Discover The Hide Out in the heart of Red River Gorge, situated on a private road on "The Ridge." Spacious, updated cabin, large bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and a big backyard make it ideal for families or larger groups. Whether you unwind on your porch or your private hot tub, gather around the fire pit after an adventurous day, or simply find peace and tranquility in nature, The Hide Out offers a clean, chic, and cozy haven minutes from all the best hiking/climbing spots. THE DRIVE: The Hideout is located at the end of a gravel road, and while the last 150 yards to the front entrance of the cabin include a slope, it's easily manageable for all types of vehicles. (I drive a Hyundai Elantra :) PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months, when snow and ice may be present, a 4-wheel drive or the use of tire chains is HIGHLY recommended for safe travel. THE HOUSE: The Hide Out is a spacious cabin featuring three comfortable bedrooms (two queen-sized beds and one king-sized bed), a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a welcoming family room, and a full bathroom on the upper floor. A semi-steep staircase (equipped with a child safety gate) leads to the lower level, where you'll find an additional room with a trundle bed, an additional full bathroom, and a ping pong table for some indoor fun. The cabin boasts both a front and back porch, with the back porch offering an outdoor dining set and comfortable seating around a gas fire pit. For those who love the rustic charm of a wood-burning fire, we also provide a wooden fire pit (you can purchase the wood at nearby stores), along with a gas BBQ for all your grilling needs. It's the perfect setting for enjoying the great outdoors while having all the comforts of a well-appointed cabin. THE PARKING: The Hideout has easily room for two cars. Please message us if you are planning to arrive with more than two vehicles. ALL Best and fastest way to communicate is via the Airbnb messaging platform! The Ridge - A Cabin Retreat The Ridge is a privately owned plot of land that encompasses 6 total cabins. Five A-Frame cabins and one House. Follow signs! Drive through the private gate, over the bridge and follow the driveway. The Hideout is located just around the bend. Follow the fork left (Signage will be there) to drive up to the house. • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.
