“The staff at check in wasn’t particularly helpful. The whole check in lasted about 2 minutes and we weren’t given any information about breakfast or anything else. The lady checking us in seemed amused we didn’t automatically know which building we were supposed to be in or where to go. There wasn’t enough parking for the number of guests in the back carpark. The front carpark was narrow and full too. The two bedroom apartment was spacious but only one of the bedrooms was heated, the other was……

“Not impressed with this very over priced hotel. The room was tiny, barely enough space to open up my suitcase. The light wall socket was loose exposing live wires. The shampoo I’m convinced had been watered down. Not worth the money.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. There is an elevator that takes you directly down to the train platforms, making it extremely convenient, especially when traveling with luggage or taking the train to the airport.
The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Everything was neat and organized, making our stay even more……

“The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the……

“酒店周圍有食店, 觀光點, 購物商場, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 非常方便。房間寬敞舒適, 有水壺可以泡茶或咖啡。早餐食品種類很豐富, 服務人員笑容滿臉, 樂於幫助, 這是讓我多次入住的原因。
如果硬要找不好的地方, 唯一可說的是淋浴的花灑不夠力而已, 但不算什麼問題。”

“Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. Location is good and staff is really friendly and helpful! ”
