This beautifully decorated, sound front home offers stunning panoramic views of the sound and surrounding salt marsh and multiple bedrooms offer ocean views! Blue Pearl has a private shallow water dock just off the back that is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, and fishing! There are two kayaks (1 tandem seating 2 and 1 single) and 4 life jackets for your use during your stay as well. There is also a community pool and easy beach access. This home is a short walk to the beach. This dog-friendly property allows 2 dogs max for an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog.

The private elevator is a great amenity for anyone with mobility issues and for easily transporting luggage and groceries to the second and third floors. There are two master bedrooms – one is the top floor master-suite with a king-sized bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle pull-out underneath. This room has a private bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. You’ll also have two private decks with stunning views! A spacious partially fenced-in back yard provides a large area for your four-legged family member to run and play. The second floor has three bedrooms, including the second master with an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and another with two twin beds served by a hallway bathroom with double sinks. A washer and dryer are also on this floor for convenient clean-up.

For those who love to cook, there is a large, well-appointed gourmet kitchen with an electric range. A portable ice maker can be found in the kitchen cabinet for extra quality ice for drinking water (place it level on the counter, add water and turn it on.) The living area, kitchen and all the bedrooms in this home have sliding glass doors that open onto private decks or balconies. Roku TVs are in the living room and the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is also available. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off and the carport has covered parking for two cars plus there is an extra-long driveway that fits several more cars.

A Welcome Kit including basic first night necessities such as: bathroom tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dish washing soap and laundry soap will be left for you on the counter and is included in your stay. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
