“This house is located north of downtown Auckland, and has a nice view of the ocean! It is close to wineries and a sculpture garden. The house was clean with comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. Recommend this listing if you want to stay close to Auckland but want some distance from the city.”

“Our family group of 4 adults were all disappointed with how grubby this property was. We don’t mind things which are a bit shabby (carpet, paintwork, furniture, curtains) but we really like things to be clean! Don’t even expect hospital standards but not ….dead bugs, spiders, dust, cobwebs…. Hair and mould in showers, basins, bathroom mirrors splashed with someone else’s toothpaste….YUK. Kitchen equipment greasy and grimy. Also the downstairs bedroom was very damp and unaired and we had to move……
