“Tricky to find and wasn't expecting to have to email a scan of driving license and credit card. The apartment was nice and double glazing worked really well so really quiet. The downside was the heaters were on and the apartment was way too hot which made sleeping tricky.”

“We booked/paid 6 months in advance, had an email just before saying our booking ‘was guaranteed’ (in bold) so felt safe but we never got checked-in, kept leaving messages on their number (no front desk and no one to speak to ) and Hotels.com couldn’t help/reach them either.
