“The staff were wonderful. Their English was limited, but if you were patient then they were. We ate dinner there our first night and it was fabulous. Breakfast was great. They provided a bus pass to the city using #172. But you could use other South Tyrol buses with the pass. We were able to use bus# 350 back to Bolzano. ”

“Bon séjour dans un hotel idéalement placé, légèrement en retrait de la route principale. Chambre de taille moyenne mais propre et confortable et avec un balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et copieux. On a testé les 2 restaurants de l'hotel, la nourriture était correcte. Tout le staff est compétent et très gentil. “1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent.
2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows:
- wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility.
- the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then……

"The room is big. The location is convenient.
The staff is amazing. My car was broken after checking out. I was in a trouble to communicate with the rental company by English since the staff of the rental company spoke poor English. Fortunately, a male staff of the hotel reception took over and communicated with the rental company by Italian. Otherwise, the problem could not be solved efficiently.
For the room, it is better to install a curtain to the bath tub so that the water will not be spreaded over the floor."
