“Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates.”

“This property was definitely unique! It's like staying at your Great Grandmas house in the country as the furnishings and decor were 1970s - we enjoyed that though! We had what we needed and plenty of space. The oven was definitely old, dishwasher was newer, beds were comfortable but the old spring-type. Be aware you need charcoal for the grill. You are way out in the country so bring what you need as running to the store would take a while. The most interesting thing was the herd of sheep……

“Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this lovely condo. Clean, charming and cozy! Communication was great. I hope to go back!”

“Great place to stay!”

“Host was very accommodating with a last minute schedule change and the property was nice to walk around.”

“Nick is an excellent host! He was quick to respond to any questions I had, and is super friendly! His property is so nice! It’s clean, comfortable, had everything I needed, and the location is perfect. I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone wanting to visit Bloomington.”

“Sydney was very communicative about why the lawn hadnt been mown and helpful when we needed to extend our stay by 2 days. Reasonable quality for the price being quite affordable. There was a slight mustiness to the house smell that we had to air out, strong scented detergent on the bedding which I know some folks like but isnt our style, and a yellow jacket nest under the porch that we moved a table over so our baby wouldn't crawl over them and get stung. Nice location just 3 block walk from……

“Wonderful stay, clean, great location (near hiking trails, lake, golf course, and 1 mile walk to stadium). Kitchenette provided all we needed with hot plate, microwave and coffee maker. Will definitely book again. Thank you Robin”

“Great location!”

“Place was as advertised. Easy check in and easy communication with the host.”

“If you plan to spend a football weekend at this property, plan to contend with a building full of noisy, rowdy, perhaps drunken students with cleanliness standards far below your own. These rooms are located in a large complex of apartments that caters to students, and it shows. Empty liquor bottles and pizza boxes, outdoor detritus (leaves and mud), and discarded amazon boxes litter the communal areas such as the lobby and game room. The check-in process is laborious and labyrinthine, and……

“Very nicely kept, decorated, clean house. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Everything you could ask for with a great location. 10/10 would stay here again!”

“Back yard was great. Room for parking for (2).”
