“Couldn’t find my reservation. Had to get the manager. Didn’t have the view room I’d paid for. Put me down a flight of stairs even after explaining I had health restrictions that made stairs difficult. Gave me a complimentary breakfast to ease the difficulties. Had 3 spiders in the room and a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. ”

“We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel on the way to Sacramento from Yosemite. The location is perfect as it’s in the downtown area which has gift shops and cafes. The room was clean, overall the grounds were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would certainly visit again.”
