“The property itself was lovely, clean, well presented, and in a fantastic beach location. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several unexpected issues that only appeared after booking through Expedia. The listing showed that dogs stay free, yet during the online check‑in I was charged £50 for my dog (£25 per night). I was also asked to pay a £30 non‑refundable damages insurance. “Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests.”
