We enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom, but comfortable enough for 2 people. I would have liked a chair besides the desk chair but that was really the only thing I was missing. The bed was very comfortable, in fact one of the best hotel mattresses I've slept on. It was very convenient to the highway. The staff we interacted with were all pleasant and helpful. The area was quiet, despite being right by the highway, though we could hear people in the hallway. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options from waffles (even on weekdays), eggs and a meat option, hot and ready oatmeal, breads, yogurt and cereals. I would have appreciated some lower sugar options for yogurt, but there were a few different flavors. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

As soon as me and my son walked in we looked at each other in curiosity as we went up to our floor, anxious to see what awaited us. We could smell a baby’s diaper when we walked into our room and straight away started to check for bed bugs - luckily we found nothing. The beds were actually spotless and looked like all new bedding and were rather comfy. One of the few positive things we can say about our stay. We didn’t like how the rooms were not clean with stains on the carpet, also dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor and counter. You can hear other rooms toilets flushing very clearly - so the rooms aren’t noise proof. And don’t get excited about the pool. My son was very excited the hotel had a pool but it ended up to be very small. It was the size of a large hot tub and the pool room is so humid that in thirty minutes you will feel horribly sticky and need a shower. My son lasted 15 minutes then got himself out, in need of a shower. The surrounding area is very rundown. The hotel staff were super nice and friendly and the breakfast was okay. Luckily, we only stayed one night; had we booked more we would’ve moved. Inexpensive, but spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

Booked this hotel from reviews from other travelers, the photos are of some other hotel, room looked nothing like it, false advertising at its finest. The front desk young lady was very nice and check in was quick, but once we went to go to the room it was all downhill. Hallway was packed with cardboard boxes, floor was dirty and you have to drag your bags from the parking lot up the stairs to get to the door. Once the door was opened it was like the twilight zone, broken down bed, unlevel floor, attempt at a bathroom remodel. Spend a little more and go to a better choice down the street. Very disappointed by Wyndham.

Comfortable and affordable room. Was just what we needed- near airport, shops and easy to get around. Nice that there was a pool, but there was so much chlorine that even the air stung our eyes and my daughter’s eyes hurt for hours after swimming. Decent selections at breakfast.

We were generally very pleased with our stay at the Days Inn in Wyndham Main. At times, there was a way at the desk and staff spoke English as a second language so there was some communication concerns. However, our room was spacious and clean. There is no exercise room however there is a pool that has modified hours of use Days was able to accommodate our needs for a handicap room and it was easily accessed and provided for all of the grab bar and specialized shower needs that my husband had. The location of the Days Inn is close to downtown Portland where we were visiting family member at Maine Medical Center. They cost was exceptionally good, especially in comparison to other hotels in the Portland area, I would highly recommend This hotel to any visitors and the Expedia Service actually gave us a $20 lower fee than the hotel charged us for the second night so we are really pleased with Expedia services.

Pros: super friendly staff, amazing breakfast bedroom area very clean, good wifi Cons: black mold in the bathroom, no where to put toiletries in shower, refillable shampoo and body wash but in bottles- meaning anyone could put anything in them.
