“Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky”

“Front desk staff was very welcoming. Clean rooms.”

“There are cockroaches and bugs in the room.”

“Good”

“The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.”

“It worked for us while we were at the US Open. We were gone ever day, and some days didn’t get back till late. We ate a few meals in the apartment, and had enough kitchen accoutrements to handle our meal. The shower worked well and we had enough towels, although they were old. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores etc. nearby. This is……

“The rooms were too small. No queen beds only doubles. We had four adults. We weren't allowed a cot because it was a fire hazard so why have them. Then we had an emergency and had to check out early and they wouldn't refund the money for the one night. When we're in New York again we will never stay there again. The only positive was the staff.”

“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths. The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”
