“The building is not new. Hallway was musty. Boxes in the entry way. People sitting on the front stoop smoking, Dirty wash cloth on the stair railing.
Management company only communicated via text and wasn't very friendly at all.
I would not stay there again.”

“This is a very spacious rental as it is the full basement under someone’s home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, however, it would be nicer to have some newer items such as cookie sheets that were not kept clean by prior renters and hot pads. Also we would have like some teaspoons and not just large tablespoons. We appreciated the paper towels and clean sponge for washing dishes! A real highlight is the use of the washer and dryer since we were in the road for two……
