"Die Villa liegt wunderschön an der Ostsee im Altstadtteil von Sassnitz. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr geräumig und man hat einen malerischen Blick auf die Ostsee, den man den ganzen Tag genießen kann. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr groß und üppig und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen."

"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen großen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber außgerechnet an der großen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee. "Es war gut. Alles ist dabei und in der Nähe. Wenn Sie Gelenkprobleme haben, sollten Sie erst überlegen, weil Sie müssen eine Treppe zu benutzen, um zu Ihrem Schlafbereich zu gelangen. Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist ein wenig zu eng. Lieber erst sich darüber informieren. "

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
