“No hot water.”

“This is by far the best place to stay in Saratoga! Staff are friendly and helpful and they provide an excellent inclusive breakfast daily. We particularly appreciated the towels available for the hot springs and the kind gluten-friendly breakfast upon request. They also let you do your laundry there for a small fee, which is a time saver when traveling. This motel has a friendly home feeling where you get to know the other travelers staying there, and the host is incredible. We hope to come back……

“I love the full size refrigerator/freezer. This is so handy for refreezing ice packs. Great location and super friendly staff. I would suggest running the fan for white noise bc the street seems to be a busy one at night.”

“Comfortable beds”

“The property itself was great. Clean and well-maintained for the price point. I did have some questions the next day after check in but no office staff on-site to talk too even though it said office was open M-F. So customer service on site wasn’t great and no phone number to call after hours if problems arose.”

“Staying overnight during the trip, close to the 25th announcement, sounds good.”

“小镇路过住宿，房间挺大，但比较简陋，味道不太好。唯一好处是室外有个儿童娱乐场所，孩子能玩玩。早餐很简单。小镇餐饮也很少。”

“This was a great hotel. It was spotless, modern, easy to find, our room was large with separate seating area for work or watching movies, we had a quick dinner in the bar area, food was good, breakfast was also good. The staff was top notch, friendly and efficient. We will stay here next time we are in Casper.”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. The breakfast was so good and had a lot of options. My only complaint was that we had 4 people and we got one bed and one pullout bed. I had to go ask for sheets and towels for 2 more people. The pullout bed didn't have any sheets. If they knew 4 people were coming that is something I thought would be a available but the staff was very friendly and gave me what I needed.”
