“Roomy third floor apartment located near shopping, grocery stores and the beach. The host was easily reached through VRBO or WhatsApp with timely responses. Comfortably safe area to walk around after dark. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. There is a washing machine but clothes need to be hung out on provided drying racks. If traveling to Soverato by bus, follow the directions given by the host as we did not and ended a up walking well out of our way. We would absolutely stay there again.”

Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi che hanno influenzato la nostra esperienza:- Zona: molto degradata, accanto a una stazione ferroviaria abbandonata. Le strade erano sporche e piene di immondizia, e il parcheggio sembrava un cantiere abbandonato, per nulla curato.- Check-out: non è stato effettuato alcun controllo. “Brilliant apartment on this lovely complex, our sixth time staying here. The kitchen was really well equipped and the apartment was clean and tidy with good quality furnishing etc. My kids loved the pool area and slide and we loved the local area, particularly Pizzo town down by the seafront. We'll be back.”
