“We arrived on Monday our room was not ready til 4. Due to issues with room service, There was no water due to issues before we arrived. They did not inform us before hand. I’m standing in the shower no water is how I found out. It retuned in the evening. Our refrigerator was not stocked, and we received no room service til Wednesday at 6 pm since Monday that we arrived. Due to low staff for room service other guests had commented as well. Right off the beach there are several areas of coral reef and you can use their snorkel equipment to do good snorkelling around that reef that that's really close.
