In the surrounding area there is the Circeo National Park, located a few kilometres from the city; Sperlonga with its characteristic historical centre, marina and sandy beaches; Gaeta with its monuments, the Park of Monte Orlando with its Bourbon military strongholds and beautiful beaches.
Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. Ferries to the Pontine islands.
