Central location. Easy to get to. Clean, comfortable and friendly. We felt our car was safe and the room was secure. Close to many restaurants, shopping and not a far drive to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

We were there to do some shopping so it was in a really good location. However, I found my room had a strong odor of feet, the carpet was in bad need of a cleaning and the bathroom had been badly repaired from what may have been a leak. I also found the bedding on one of the two beds didn't smell like it had been laundered. That being said, the staff were great, very helpful, and again, in a good location.

The first room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Went to office and got a different room. It is a non smoking property, so think just not renovated as much as other room! The breakfast was minimal, but for the price we paid we felt we got our moneys worth at this motel!

The room we got was not very clean, the mattress was terrible, the bathroom tub faucet constantly ran, and the whole bathroom was covered in so much mold and untreated water damage that the fiberglass in the tub actually peeled off while my son showered. We let the front desk know but they didn’t seem to be to concerned. Parking was also not ideal.

The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, as well as the bath tub not holding water for our child to take a bath. We got an air freshener, went to dinner hoping when we got back it would smell better and it didn’t even help. So I went down to talk to the people at the desk to see if we could switch rooms. Her only options was for us to just leave. So i asked to speak to a manager and she said they would call me on Monday and never received a call. They also have an ice machine outside that anybody in Spokane can use since it’s not locked away. And their pool they let anybody in the neighborhood swim in. It’s also not heated.

This was a perfect cozy stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I read another review about having to tip for the breakfast at Denny's, you can always take it to go which is what we did so it truly is free. They give you vouchers and you can choose 3 breakfast items (bacon,sausage, pancake, French toast, hash browns, eggs any way, oatmeal with milk) and a small drink (coffee, apple juice, orange juice) It is also not across the street, its in the same parking lot. The inn also offers packaged oatmeal, breakfast bars, and coffe/tea in the morning in addition to the Denny's voucher. Stayed on the 1st floor which wasn't too noisy. Some fixtures were dated but who cares! Great value for the price! Would stay again.
