"Convenient to Bush Gardens and good breakfast but that's it. It was clean but not spotless. I didn't like that the hotel is on the side of the road, I felt very out there... lobby is small, again, not the nicest. No flexibility at all with room while hotel looked empty. If you want to feel a bit nice and special while away from home, keep looking. I stayed at better hotels in Williamsburg for just a little bit more money. If you just want to crash, wake up and eat, this is good. "

"The unit qe were in was old in need of repare The celing was leaki g wayer from the room above. There was no noise suppression at all. Every step that was made by the people above us was heard very loud. Sounded like the celing was coming down on us. "

"This is a gem hidden in Williamsburg- it’s several miles out of Colonial Williamsburg but it’s quiet and peaceful; the room was big enough and had half a kitchen. It also has numerous amenities which we didn’t partake in because we were only there for 1 night. It has 2 pools, miniature golf, basketball court, volleyball, tennis, corn hole and a golf course. Definitely a great place to stay"

"Spent a week at the hotel. We were not impressed with housekeeping. We would have to ask multiple times to get fresh towels, etc. Other guests would cook in their rooms and the smell would filter through the ductwork."

"The most unfriendly staff you can imagine, period. Its not worth the cheap price. They are so unfriendly, they go out of their way to be unfriendly."
