Staff and service was very good, they very helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean and the area qas very convenient and close to the interstate and very close to the major stores . The city police patrol the area would stay there again.....

Get what pay for

I admit clerk did warn us prior to booking. Room needed maintenance. Had roaches. Book at own risk. Not surprised if end up seeing a chalk outline outside the room. Client was to be expected there. Clerk was nice and helpful.

This is an older hotel. With that being said, quality for price is not bad at all. Pest control could use a little more work but is satisfactory. The pool is not open in the summer time. No breakfast even though they have a restaurant and banquet hall that is non-operational. There are snacks and beverages available at the office which is convenient since the 7-11 next door is usually closed most of the day and/or evening. I’ve only been in there twice because they’re never open. Staff is spectacular, professional, and friendly. This is a very respectful atmosphere. I was a little worried about safety at first but late night hours are quiet here. No nonsense. For price and value I give 5 stars out of 5. Hotel conditions need updating but is in good condition.

DUMP, DUMP, DUMP. Gross, disgusting, filthy, and the list goes on. We wanted a reasonable place to sleep for a few hours on a road trip and we left 10 minutes after we checked in and went to a different place. We were traumatized the minute we got to the door, the entire room was awful. The stench, stains, horrific walls, flooring, ceilings, electrical outlets, bedding, NOTHING about this place was sanitary and I’m not sure if anything was in working order. The lock on the door didn’t work, deadbolt didn’t line up and it appeared the doors had been kicked in numerous times over the years. The walls had punch or kicked damage. NOTHING about this place resembles the photos on Expedia and should be condemned, even if it was a cheap place.

The check in process was slow and cumbersome. The attendant had trouble finding my hotels.com reservation. The property was unkept. The sheets didn’t fit properly on the beds and not all pillows had pillowcases. The biggest problem was the door had no interior lock. The deadbolt was not functional. The area was not safe to not have an interior lock. I stayed in the room about 20 minutes and decided to leave and finish my drive. No one was in the office to check me out so I wedged my key card in the door.
