“Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks. One of many instances which is the most recent and most horrific, as upon checking the air unit, there was rotten bananas with bugs flying into my face as soon as I lifted the lid to access the control buttons to mess with the air settings. “The sleeper sofa was filthy and stained. The room smelled moldy. The breakfast staff were inattentive, trash cans overflowing not being emptied. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. The staff didn’t attempt to clean floors or tables between guests were were dining. On the outside of the premises there were multiple light fixtures that needed to be secured to the ceiling again. This property is unkempt……

“Rented two rooms, TV in both rooms did not turn on. On duty manager fixed the one TV and I fixed the other TV. In the second room the shower handle would not turn on so they could not take a shower. The breakfast food was good but cold. My wife had to ask the attendant to warm it up in the kitchen microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“We arrived on Check in day and the lobby was decent. We got on the elevator to the 3rd floor. When the door opened the floor had dirt and trash under the table in the hallway. Once we stepped off of the elevator the smell was so bad that we were unable to go to our room. We went back down to the front desk and was told that we had to get with Expedia to get a refund. I went to Expedia and was informed that I had to contact the hotel. I tried messaging the hotel and have not heard back from them.……
