“Clean, open, large space. We stayed here once before and found it wonderful! It's great for a family. ”

“The cleanliness of the home was the best and making guests feel comfortable in every room of the home.”

“I’ll begin by saying that the host was very easy to work with and responsive anytime that I contacted him. The typical response time was not even two hours. “This property was very clean and comfortable. It is a nice place to have a family gathering.”

“Perfect for a little family getaway! The heat advisory kept us inside more than we’d planned, but the place is set up nicely, so we still had a great time playing games and making meals together!”

“The sheets had sand in them so we had to wash the bedding upon arrival. We contacted the host about loud neighbors (so loud they couldn’t hear us knocking), but never heard back. Great location to parks. Decent stay, but likely won’t be back.”

“It was a great space for four people. Loved the location to Utica and local attractions! It was a great getaway!”

“Great and cute place! Nice size as well. The only drawback was there was animal hair all over the couch so we had to put blankets down to sit on. Also there is nowhere to hang wet towels or anything to dry”
