Come relax and enjoy a fully updated home with large private backyard, game room, RV parking, and laundry, just minutes from University of Oregon, Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, & Hayward Field! Located right off I-5 & Beltline, tucked in a quiet established neighborhood loop, no thru traffic. House sits on 1/3 acre with large private backyard for games & BBQs, or simply relaxing. Walk to a quiet, neighborhood park or drive just minutes to local shopping, restaurants, breweries, & outdoor recreation!  
  
This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, has been completely updated with many luxurious touches. Each bed is dressed with fresh sheets, duvet covers and blankets. Duvets changed with every guest. Fans in every room. Ample bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and makeup cloths are provided. Enjoy lots of natural light, large living and dining area, kitchen nook, coffee bar, game room, laundry, Wi-Fi, movies, games and photography highlighting some of Oregon’s most beautiful locations. Private driveway parking with separate graveled RV parking. House sits on 1/3 acre with large private backyard with gazebo & fire pit!  
  
Kitchen is filled with natural light and has basic dining essentials including plates, bowls, tall and short drinking glasses, wine glasses/wine opener, coffee mugs, to-go cups, plastic plates/bowls for kids, flatware, cooking utensils, bakeware, crock pot, ceramic pan set, mixing bowl set, serving dishes, measuring cups/spoons, coffee/tea bar, cooking spices, and condiments.   
  
Garage game room with foosball table, dart board, smart TV (with Wi-Fi), leather reclining sofa, extra card table and PS3 game system, rope toss, corn hole boards and bags.   
  
Living room has large sectional with additional chairs, reading options, games, puzzles, and smart TV with WiFi to stream your favorite apps. Home is centrally located, minutes from all that Eugene/ Springfield has to offer.   
  
Enjoy a short 1 block walk to a quiet, neighborhood park or drive just minutes to local shopping, restaurants, breweries, & outdoor recreation. Head west to Oregon wine country and Oregon beaches or east to the beautiful McKenzie River and the mountains! Close to several water access points for fishing and water sports. Home is just 0.3 miles from nearest bus stop allowing for easy transportation throughout town if needed.   
  
This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds. Though our usual limit is 6 guests, exceptions may be made. Please discuss this with us prior to booking to ensure that accommodations can be made and are mutually agreed upon. Additional fees may be implemented for unapproved additional guests.

#### Great home and great stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this property for our daughter’s graduation from U of O. The location was great, house was beautiful and perfect for our big group, so many amenities and activities for the kids, they didn’t want to leave! Liz and family were so pleasant and easy to communicate with, we even enjoyed evenings at the nearby park with them!

#### Graduation Family Fun

We loved everything about this property. We were able to enjoy our daughter's graduation with family. The outdoor space was so great for visiting by the fire pit and play corn hole. It was so nice to be able to be outside with the covered patio. The layout of the house was perfect for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. Our hosts were so welcoming and thought of everything. The well appointed kitchen and the coffee bar were much appreciated! Super sweet game room. We all loved our time there and we will be back any time we are in the Eugene area. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfy and easy, especially during such a special time :)

#### Attention to Detail

Liz and Dereck made every effort to provide everything we required for a pleasant stay away from home. Concerns were immediately addressed and resolved. Actually, there was only one and it wasn’t really an issue, I was wrong and was educated. The Westside Retreat was a comfortable and effortless experience, We would offer our highest recommendation to traveler’s seeking “home aware form home” adventure. 10 out of 10!
